Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your FluencyX account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
  3. Please send the email from the address associated with your FluencyX account.

What happens next?

  • We will verify your request within 48 hours.
  • Once verified, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
  • This includes your profile, practice history, mock test results, and any other personal information.
  • This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, such as payment records for tax compliance, even after your account is deleted. This data will be securely archived and isolated from active processing.
